Being "the tutu lady" means that I HAD to make my daughter a 1st birthday tutu ^_^ Here we are at her party (a pink & green butterfly theme) and she's in her cute little pink and green first birthday tutu embelished with shiny pink and green curly ribbons.
She was the belle of her little baby ball!
